Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you should be able to maintain an overview of your project while working within a team of colleagues, junior consultants, student assistants and interns. You will be actively involved and responsible throughout the entire project lifecycle — from project initiation and ongoing execution through to invoicing.

• Planning and organizing sampling activities for various environmental topics
• Researching, evaluating and compiling information from files and plans, official correspondence and regulatory approval requirements
• Planning and carrying out activities related to construction supervision
• Independent documentation and reporting
• Responsible point of contact for clients

Your Profile

We are looking for motivated professionals with at least two years of professional experience, as well as motivated candidates at the beginning of their careers who would like to join our team. In particular, we are looking for additional support in experienced project execution and project management.

We are looking for colleagues with the following background and/or experience in the following areas:

• University degree in natural sciences or geosciences, preferably with knowledge of soil science

Knowledge and Experience in the Following Areas:

• Waste management (sampling / classification / declaration / documentation / material flow management / eANV), etc.
• Soil science (legal foundations of soil protection / soil mapping / Soil Science Construction Supervision (BBB), etc.)
• Environmental Construction Supervision / Environmental Specialist Construction Supervision (UBB / UBÜ)
• Contaminated sites (organization and implementation of the various investigation phases: HE, OU, DU)
• Contaminants in buildings and building contaminant registers
• Specialist knowledge and qualifications in accordance with LAGA PN 98 / TRGS 519 / DGUV 101-004, etc.
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to work independently in a scientific and analytical manner
• Teamwork and flexibility
